Hakuba experiences on average 11 metres of snowfall with a vertical rise of 1,070 metres making the valley an ideal place for novice skiers through to experts. With the sheer size of the valley the slopes are often quiet, allowing skiers’ freedom to explore the trails. Hakuba offers a multitude of dining outlets serving up hearty local cuisine, and getting there is easy with Genko-go, the night shuttle bus which transports guests from the village to the many restaurants, bars and shops.
