Withdraw points

If you wish to make a points withdrawal from your Loyalty app account, please follow the steps below:

1. Head to http://app.loyaltyapp.com.au/manager/login and log in with your email and password.
2. Select the ‘Bank Transfer’ tab at the top and select ‘Withdrawals’ from the drop-down menu.
3.  Select the ‘New Withdrawal’ button located in the top right corner.
4. In the ‘Amount’ box enter the amount of points you wish to withdraw.
   (the dollar amount will be automatically displayed below)
5.  Click the ‘Create Withdrawal’ button to complete the withdrawal.
6.  Our accounts team will process your request and the points will be put into the bank account that’s registered to your Loyalty app account. (Please be advised this process can take up to 3 business days.)
