Reset Password

How to reset your password

If for any reason you need to reset your password or if you’ve forgotten your password, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Head to the Merchant portal at http://app.loyaltyapp.com.au/manager/login
  2. Click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ button
  3. Enter your email address and click ‘Reset my password’ button.
  4. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Once received, enter your PIN code to change your password.
  5. Follow the prompts in the email to complete your password reset.
