Locate the ‘Bank Transfer’ tab and select ‘Deposit Details’ from the drop-down menu.
Take note of Loyalty app’s BSB number, Account number and the unique store ID for the store you want the points to be deposited into.
Open your own online banking portal with your banking provider.
Enter these numbers into your online banking portal and complete the transfer as you normally would with your provider.
Once this is complete, locate the ‘Bank Transfer’ tab at the top and select ‘Deposits’ from the drop-down menu.
Click on the ‘New Deposit’ button located in the top right corner
In the ‘Amount’ box enter the dollar amount that you transferred to Loyalty app. (the points amount will be displayed below)
Click the ‘Create Deposit’ button to complete the process.
As soon as the transaction has been processed, the points will be credited to your store. (Please be advised this process can take up to 3 business days.)
